Smartlift has developed a special edition of the popular self-driven Smartlift, which is designed to work with plasterboard, fibreboard etc. The machine has a telescopic arm so it can handle the large plasterboard used in the building industry today and in the best possible way. The plasterboard machine is developed to drive at double speed with lifting, tilting and telescopic movements, so it works well to the demanding pace required with fitting tasks and by using this machine, employees will have no physical dragging and effort doing the job.
The automatic vacuum suction easily grips the element and the suction is specially adapted to work with boards. The yoke has 4 suction discs with a diameter of 125 mm each. The placement of the suction discs can be adjusted to requirements, and with help from the long telescopic arm you can grip the boards both from the side and the ends. The yoke itself is fitted on a special swivelling head with a sprung device, which makes sure that the plasterboards are always placed correctly – both vertical and horizontal. It is very easy to place the boards with the help of the side adjusting and flexible head on the yoke.
Smartlift for plaster etc. can work up to 3.15 m in height with a weight of up to 70 kg, a perfect solution - also for ceiling fitting. No heavy lifting and no physically demanding work methods when you work with Smartlift, which can be operated by anyone. |
